Gentle Wellness Center in Santa Monica, CA is seeking an office attendant to join our 8 person strong team. We are a cleansing center located at 910 Broadway Ste 112. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and eager to help, a healthy person that loves to learn new things. Hours may vary. Hours may need adjusting at times. More full time hours when you have learned the job.

• To insure all areas are kept neat, clean and sanitized after each client.
• Tend to all laundry needs throughout office.
• Adhere to daily cleaning schdules.
• Tend to all trash throughout office.
• Provide specific services to clients as needed
• Dust throughout office including ceiling fans.
• Maintain orderliness, cleanness, and presentation of the retail area, lobby and back office.
• Vacuum and steam floors throughout office daily.
• Restock all rooms as needed.
• Deep Clean all rooms per schdule.
• Replace or report all items that need attention to Administration.
• Assist with special projects and events as needed.
• Quiet and respectful to all clients and staff.
• Weekly inventory for office needs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Bi-lingual a plus but not required.
• Be able to follow directions and be able to use various janitorial products and equipment.
• Position requires a great deal of mobility, including walking, and lifting up to 20 lbs.
• Prior experience in hospitality a plus.
