General Warehouse Associate

Abacus Staffing is currently hiring motivated and dependable Warehouse Associates for multiple warehouse and distribution facilities throughout New Jersey. We are seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and sort products accurately according to customer orders
• Load and unload trucks and containers
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming merchandise
• Label, scan, and prepare shipments for distribution
• Maintain inventory accuracy using RF scanners and warehouse systems
• Perform quality checks on products and shipments
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation to assigned work location
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Bilingual a plus
