Phlebotomist - Float

Labcorp seeks a float phlebotomist in Lowell, Massachusetts to perform blood draws and specimen collection across multiple clinical sites. The role involves patient interaction, data entry, and travel between locations on a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests
- Enter patient information and maintain specimen logs accurately
- Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis
- Travel to additional clinical sites and provide patient support services as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 6+ months phlebotomy experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass color blindness test
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record in customer service
- At least 21 years old
Compensation: $20.00–$27.00 per hour; float incentive additional $1.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement
