Pour renforcer l'équipe de Sandrine, nous recherchons notre futur(e) Assistant(e) ADV. Chez KMCL, l'administration des ventes est bien plus qu'une simple fonction support : c'est un maillon essentiel de la satisfaction client. Véritable pilier administratif, tu prends en charge le suivi des dossiers de vente afin de garantir des dossiers complets, conformes et traités dans les meilleurs délais. Concrètement, tu seras amené à : Gérer les commandes de ton secteur en respectant la politique commerciale Saisir les dossiers clients dans notre système informatique (commande, contrat de financement, contrat de location, contrat de maintenance) Etablir la facturation clients Clôturer les contrats des matériels repris Valider les réceptions de contrats de maintenance ainsi que les contrats de location Gérer le tableau des non-conformités des dossiers transmis par lescommerciaux #J-18808-Ljbffr WeRecruit
