Home Health Physical Therapist Opportunity – Orangeburg, South Carolina

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health travel contract in Orangeburg, South Carolina. This is a strong opportunity for a PT who enjoys independent patient care, flexibility, and building meaningful one-on-one relationships with patients in the home setting while enjoying a slower-paced Southern lifestyle.

Assignment Details:

• Home Health setting
• 13-week contract
• Full-time schedule
• Adult/Geriatric patient population
• Treat orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and medically complex patients
• Focus on mobility, gait training, balance, endurance, fall prevention, and home safety
• OASIS and Home Health experience preferred but not required for all opportunities
• Mileage reimbursement available
• Supportive clinical team and orientation provided
