Cleanroom Operator Night Shift

Job Title: Cleanroom Operator

Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI

Pay Range: $22.50/hr. +$2.00 differential ($24.50)

Schedule: 6pm-6am/ 12 hr. rotating shifts; (2,2,3) E/O weekend

We are currently hiring a Cleanroom operator for a temp to hire opportunity. In this role, you will operate and set up extrusion equipment in a cleanroom environment while ensuring high product quality and safety.

What you'll do:

• Set up and operate cleanroom extrusion lines and related equipment

• Inspect products for quality and defects

• Perform basic measurements (length, gauge, weight)

• Complete production documentation for traceability

• Minimize material waste and support safe operations

• Assist with training and guiding packers and other operators

What’s Needed?

• Ability to lift 30 lbs. regularly

• Willing to work rotating 12 hour shifts

• Basic math and computer skills

• Ability to use basic hand tools

• Willing to learn through on the job trainig

• Basic English skills
