Key Qualifications:

• Valid SLP license required; strong consideration given to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations, especially in daycare or early education settings, is highly valued.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaborative skills.
• Ability to develop creative, individualized therapy plans within an educational framework.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language pathology services to students onsite, conducting assessments, developing treatment goals, and implementing therapy plans.
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and professional standards.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support each child's development and success in the classroom environment.
• Participate in team meetings, contribute to individualized education program (IEP) development, and provide expertise in speech and language concerns.
