Territory: Inland Empire, California
Compensation: $85,000–$90,000 Base Salary + Commission
Travel: Approximately 30–40% initially

They are looking for a true hunter—someone who enjoys identifying opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through CRM management.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers at distribution partners and end-user accounts.
- Effectively present products and services while overcoming objections and closing sales.
- Develop customer-focused solutions that create value for both the customer and the company.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for customers.
- Support distribution partners with sales strategies, product knowledge, and market insights.
- Achieve sales and margin objectives through consistent customer engagement and business development activities.
- Monitor and report pipeline activity, forecasts, and sales performance against established goals.
- Maintain pricing and margin requirements while maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer support and responsiveness.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in outside sales, business development, or territory management.
- Strong prospecting and new account acquisition skills.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM system.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to influence decision-makers and close complex sales opportunities.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to travel throughout the territory as needed.
Preferred Experience:
- Industrial, material handling, warehouse solutions, storage systems, manufacturing, construction, or related B2B sales experience preferred.
- Experience working with end-users
