About the Job All Care and Comcare Home Health is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated healthcare team. This position offers a unique blend of administrative oversight and hands-on patient care-an excellent opportunity for an Occupational Therapist looking to expand their professional scope. Position: Field Occupational Therapist Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive, skilled occupational therapy services and interventions in accordance with physician orders
- Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and modify care to meet occupational therapy goals
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to establish and evaluate individualized patient goals
- Educate and train patients, families, and caregivers on occupational therapy programs and techniques
- Current California Occupational Therapy license
- Registered with the American Occupational Therapy Association
- Graduate of a NBCOT-accredited program
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to travel to patient homes for evaluations
- Flexibility with work locations and scheduling
- Reliable transportation, valid CA driver's license, and current auto insurance
