Language Fluency: English (Required) Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients with a smile, facilitating courteous conversation, and conducting both complex and standardized transactions while uncovering needs. More complex transactions are performed with assistance as necessary. Educate clients on digital, self‑service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking to make banking easier and enhance their service experience. Support the team sales process by participating in client outreach through outbound calls, checking for client offers, and identifying client needs or opportunities by fulfilling the need or referring the client to the appropriate branch team members or specialists. Understand the importance of Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to ensure seamless delivery of Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ unique needs. Participate fully in all components of the established Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines. Commit to advancing individual and product knowledge by attending sales, service, and product knowledge meetings and all applicable training classes and web‑based learning. Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures and risk management policies, staying informed of all changes in policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current guidelines. Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, offering applicable products and services to clients and prospects, and handling a proportionate volume of work based on branch demands. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent education Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience Six months of client relationship building or sales experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects Ability to master personal computer (PC) keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation Ability to multi‑task under time constraints Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required (including temporary assignment or locale changes) Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included Preferred Qualifications One year of client relationship building or sales experience Knowledge of advanced or complex branch transactions, risk management and loss prevention Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building General understanding of bank operations, policies and procedures Salary The hourly base salary for this position is $22.00/hour-$26.00/hour. Benefits All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position. Teammates also receive no less than 10 days of vacation (prorated based on date of hire and by full‑time or part‑time status) during their first year of employment, along with 10 sick days (also prorated), and paid holidays.
