Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify students’ mental health concerns, risks, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals, interventions, and progress tracking for each student.

• Collaborate with school personnel, including teachers, administrators, and other mental health professionals, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for our students.

• Facilitate crisis interventions while conducting risk assessments and safety planning, especially in high-stress situations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards to support the therapeutic process.

• Lead engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups aimed at fostering peer relationships and emotional resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will primarily work with a diverse population of school-aged children and adolescents facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, and social/behavioral issues. Understanding the unique pressures that students experience, especially during formative years, will allow you to tailor interventions that encourage positive outcomes, academic success, and emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
