Location: Baytown, TX 77523
Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
Schedule:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Hydraulic Machine Mechanic to join a growing industrial manufacturing team in the Baytown area. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining hydraulic machinery and other industrial equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hydraulic machinery and industrial equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine equipment inspections.
• Repair and replace pumps, cylinders, valves, hoses, and other mechanical components.
• Read and interpret hydraulic schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
• Complete maintenance documentation accurately and maintain safe work practices.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hydraulic and mechanical maintenance experience required.
• Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read hydraulic diagrams and blueprints.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Welding or fabrication experience is a plus.
• Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
