Network Architect - Locals Only Introduction We are seeking an experienced Network Architect to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-level network infrastructures. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in network architecture, security, cloud networking, and large-scale transformations. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on technical capabilities to support complex client environments. Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance network architectures across enterprise environments.
- Lead network transformation initiatives, including modernization, cloud adoption, and hybrid network solutions.
- Develop network standards, frameworks, and best practices aligned with business and security requirements.
- Architect solutions involving LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, data centers, and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, cloud, infrastructure) to ensure seamless integration.
- Evaluate and recommend networking technologies, tools, and vendors.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to network engineers and operations teams.
- Conduct network capacity planning, performance tuning, and optimization.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide root cause analysis.
- Support pre-sales activities including solution design, proposals, and client presentations.
- Strong expertise in routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
- Hands-on experience with SD-WAN, MPLS, VPNs, and network virtualization.
- Deep knowledge of network security (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Zero Trust architecture).
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS VPC, Azure VNet, hybrid connectivity).
- Proficiency in data center networking (Spine-Leaf architecture, VXLAN, EVPN).
- Familiarity with load balancers (F5, Citrix ADC, NGINX).
- Experience with network automation (Python, Ansible, Terraform).
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (SolarWinds, Splunk, etc.).
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
- Bachelor's or Masters in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Industry certifications such as: Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) / Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) AWS / Azure Networking Certifications
- Experience working in large enterprise or consulting environments.

- Leadership and team mentoring capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
