HOA Community Manager
Property Management Systems
Responsibilities Manage all aspects of property operations for a portfolio of HOA communities with a team and respective HOA boards. Supervise monthly and quarterly management reports and prepare annual budgets. Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of any issues. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Provide excellent customer service to address any concerns or complaints in a timely manner. Qualifications One to two years of experience as a HOA Property Manager preferred. Professional, energetic, and efficient individual with excellent customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships with HOA Boards. Ability to work independently with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Must be reliable with proven work ethic and employment history. Proficient computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office Suite. Maintain a valid driver's license and current auto insurance. Knowledge of HOA property management principles and practices is a plus. Experience with property management software is a plus. Requires flexible evening schedule to accommodate occasional board meetings. Background check required with position offer. Additional Information Must have a Driver License. Benefits after 60 days.
