Bakery Production Assistant

Stew’s earned its nickname, the “Disneyland of Dairy Stores” because of its country-fair atmosphere, with costumed characters and animated entertainment throughout the store that keep children entertained while parents shop. Bakery Production Assistant Seasonal Hourly – Estimated pay range $17.75 to $21.38 depending on qualifications and experience Must be at least 18 years and older Position Description: Production Assistants prepare, package and label product for display and sale according to standards, including the precise measurement of ingredients Your day-to-day: Review production plan Reading and understanding recipes Prepare, package, label, and date products according to company standards Maintain proper product rotation and assist with inventory organization Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work areas in compliance with food safety standards Restock ingredients and supplies as needed throughout shifts Monitor product quality and report inconsistencies to bakery leadership Support opening and closing production procedures Adhere to all health, sanitation, and safety regulations Assist in other duties, as assigned Qualifications: Entry level position: no prior experience required Great customer service Good oral communication What you bring to the team: Great work ethic Problem solver Self-motivator Flexible Honest Working Conditions: Position requires frequent walking, squatting, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting, with a maximum weight of 50lbs.
