Responsibilities The Project Coordinator provides coordination, scheduling, tracking, and communication support across projects and programs in the R&D Optimization group of the CPTO. The role focuses on operational execution, visibility, and alignment, enabling Program Directors to focus on delivery, decision-making, and strategy. Create and maintain schedules, calendars, and timelines for departmental initiatives and projects. Track and communicate current and ongoing project status to management and stakeholders. Apply methods for monitoring project progress to ensure objectives are achieved and delays are minimized. Coordinate communication across internal and external teams throughout the project lifecycle. Support resource coordination by tracking priorities, estimating bandwidth, and highlighting staffing needs to leadership. Maintain project-related documentation, logs, and artifacts to support governance and reporting. Perform additional coordination and administrative duties as assigned.
