Ruby on Rails Developer

Title: Ruby on Rails Developer Location: Bellevue, WA Duration: Long Term We are looking for a Ruby on Rails Developer with experience in Ruby on Rails, AWS, PostgreSQL, and modern web technologies. The role involves software development, testing, DevOps, database optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional and offshore teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable applications using Ruby on Rails, React, Redux, HAML, and Clojure. Implement testing frameworks including RSpec, Jest, and TestCafe. Manage DevOps processes using Git, JIRA, BuildKite, and Sidekiq. Deploy and manage applications in AWS environments. Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL for data storage and optimization. Integrate CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope. Participate in user story creation and estimation. Coordinate with offshore teams and support project delivery. Required Skills 2+ years of software development experience. Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, React, Redux, HAML, and Clojure. Experience with RSpec, Jest, and TestCafe. Knowledge of Git, JIRA, and BuildKite. Experience working with AWS. What's great in the job?
