TES Staffing is partnering with an established, rapidly growing  women-owned commercial flooring contractor to find an experienced  Lead Flooring Installer  for their Central New York team.

This is a company that keeps its crews busy.

You'll travel to jobsites across the region, lead quality crews, and have the support of an experienced office team that understands what it takes to get work done in the field.

You'll be the bridge between the field and the office, the eyes and ears on every project, making sure the work is completed safely, professionally, on schedule, and to the highest standard.

This isn't a job for someone who wants to sit behind a desk. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, earns the respect of their crew, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when the job calls for it.
