$60–$70/hour | Flexible Schedule | Telehealth Available | Orlando & Winter Garden

ABA Alliance Therapy is hiring a Florida-licensed LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT to provide mental health services to children, adolescents, parents, and families.

Responsibilities

Provide individual, family, and/or parent-focused therapy
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
Document services accurately and timely
Monitor client progress
Collaborate with families and the ABA treatment team

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted Florida LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT license
Master's degree in a related field
Experience with children, adolescents, or families preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to provide both in-person and telehealth services

We are looking for compassionate, dependable therapists who enjoy working with children and families.
