Role Description The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Washington, DC This position supports sales and marketing initiatives by coordinating outreach activities, maintaining prospect and resident databases, and assisting with the preparation of marketing materials and presentations. The coordinator helps plan and execute events, tours, and information sessions, ensuring timely follow‑up with prospective residents and families. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team, monitoring marketing campaigns, tracking leads and conversions, and providing administrative support to optimize resident engagement and occupancy. The role also involves cross‑functional communication with community staff to ensure a consistent and professional representation of Ingleside at Rock Creek. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear messages, correspondences, and marketing content. Candidates should possess Sales skills to support lead generation, follow‑up, and relationship‑building with prospective residents and their families. Candidates should possess Event Planning and Project Management skills to organize community events, coordinate logistics, and manage timelines. Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar), CRM systems, and basic digital marketing platforms is beneficial. Prior experience in senior living, hospitality, or customer service environments is an asset, along with a demonstrated commitment to inclusion, respect, and ethical conduct. Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is preferred.
