Now hiring for a WaterJet Operator in Downey, CA. Pay rate: $24.00 $27.00 per hour. Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating waterjet, laser, or CNC machinery
• Ability to safely set up and operate production equipment
• Knowledge of G-Code and CNC machining processes
• Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings and blueprints
• Experience using precision measuring tools, including calipers and micrometers
• Basic math skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Job duties:

• Set up and operate waterjet, laser, and/or CNC machines
• Load and unload materials onto production equipment
• Monitor production to ensure quality standards are met
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
• Machine parts to tight tolerances
• Deburr, drill, tap, and countersink finished components
• Interpret engineering drawings and production specifications
• Maintain the quality of fabricated parts and equipment
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned
