Vice President, Personal System Alliance Operations Compensation : $266,000 - $318,000 USD annually plus bonus and/or equity (United States only). Job Details Job type: Full time Shift: No shift premium (United States) Travel: Required Relocation: Possible Responsibilities Manage $10B+ procurement spending across alliance partners. Negotiate funding and assurance of supply with multiple partners. Contribute to the optimization of end-to-end supply/demand planning processes internally within HP and externally with alliance partners; participate on trade‑off decisions for a multi‑million unit business. Define and manage matrixed metrics across a portfolio of partnerships. Identify “Better Together” strategic innovation growth opportunities. Work with HP business unit owners and alliance partners to develop business plans and secure buy‑in on opportunities. Manage executive‑level engagements, including content creation, internal and external buy‑in, pre‑briefs and post‑meeting follow‑ups. Qualifications Proven success running a global enterprise‑level strategic technology alliance program with well‑established relationships with partner executives. Agile, strategic, and creative thinker with a strong understanding of business and commercial models. Conversant in key business and financial metrics. Deep understanding of the PC industry ecosystem. Success in collaborating, providing cross‑functional leadership, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partner field teams. Self‑starter capable of operating autonomously and navigating ambiguity to innovate and drive results in an entrepreneurial, high‑growth environment. Excellent interpersonal, relationship‑building, communication, and promotional skills; able to negotiate with senior executives and communicate clearly at all levels. Background in integrity, risk assessment, and practical solution development. Executive presence, comfort with executive‑level presentations, and ability to influence multiple stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in business or a technology‑related discipline (MBA preferred). 12+ years in senior leadership roles; 10+ years in technology and partner‑focused roles.
