Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current OT licensure or eligibility for licensure in Kansas
• Background in school-based, home health, or pediatric settings preferred
• Familiarity with IEP creation, implementation, and documentation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with staff, students, and families
• Innovative, compassionate, and adaptable approach to therapy delivery
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing a dynamic caseload

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine students' occupational therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational teams
• Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with IEP goals and school guidelines
• Document student progress, maintain up-to-date records, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to recommend classroom modifications and strategies
• Support students' success in both school and home environments, as appropriate
• Stay current on best practices and professional standards in occupational therapy
