Experience: 4 to 8 Years

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Work Authorization: GC, USC, GC EAD, H4 EAD, with a valid EAD

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Gather, document, and manage business requirements.

Prepare clear project documentation and reports.

Analyze data to support business decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of Business Analysis tools is a plus.

Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and SQL is an added advantage.
