Plano Community Unit School District 88 Instructional Aide at PH Miller Elementary School for the remainder of the 2025-26 school year.


QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Paraprofessional Certification
2. Good interpersonal skills
3. Ability to maintain confidentiality
4. High expectations for primary age students
5. Experience working with young children preferred


PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide academic support and implement interventions for small groups of students, underthe direct supervision of the classroom teacher.
2. Assist teacher with supervision of students.
3. Assists with monitoring students during arrival and dismissal, recess, lunch, and otherwise asneeded.
4. Assists with the individual needs of students under the direction of the teacher and/orprincipal.
5. Adjusts daily schedule in the best interest of students as communicated by the teacher and/orprincipal.
6. Demonstrates cooperation, courtesy and willingness to improve conditions and situationsinvolving staff, parents and students.
7. Attends work regularly, dresses appropriately, is conscious of responsibilities, maintainsconfidentiality, and conducts tasks with integrity
8. Performs other duties as assigned by the building principal and/or teacher.


Compensation: Based on Plano CUSD 88's Collective Bargaining Agreement.
