Opportunity:
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Anesthesia


Job Details:

• Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics during surgical, obstetrical, medical, and dental procedures
• Provide anesthesia care to patients of all ages and ASA classifications, including pediatrics and geriatrics
• Perform comprehensive pre-anesthetic assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and postoperatively to ensure safe anesthetic delivery
• Provide airway management services throughout the hospital as needed
• Respond to anesthesia-related emergencies and participate in on-call coverage
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary care teams
• Document all patient care accurately within EPIC EMR
• Participate in a self-scheduling model covering 8-, 10-, 12-, 16-, or 24-hour shifts
• Weekend call coverage required on a rotating basis (Friday 7:00pm - Monday 7:00am, once every 6-week schedule block)
• Active Michigan RN License required at time of presentation, no exceptions
• Required certifications include ACLS, BLS, and NBCRNA
• DEA and CSR/CDS must be obtained prior to start
• Clean malpractice and license history required with no exceptions
• H1B and J1 Visa candidates are welcome to apply
• Not open to new graduate candidates, locum candidates, or providers with lapsed board certifications

Compensation:
