Here's what that looks like day to day: you'll get a problem that isn't fully defined, and part of your job is figuring out the right question before you can even get to an answer. You'll dig into data, build the analysis, and find the insight that changes how a client sees their situation; you’ll be exposed to the latest AI tools and accelerators. You will learn to communicate your recommendation clearly to Executives who've been running companies longer than you've been in the workforce.The questions you will wrestle with sit at the center of enterprise transformation:What target technology state will enable the company's strategy?Which platforms, data, and AI capabilities should be modernized, and in what sequence?How should cloud, architecture, cyber, and product or platform operating models evolve?Where can AI create differentiated value, and how can it be scaled responsibly?How should leaders address technology debt, investment tradeoffs, and the change required to activate the roadmap?These are a few illustrative questions our clients are asking...and that you will address as part of our team!
