Commercial Sales Support Specialist

Supporting a growing commercial business, the full-time remote Commercial Sales Support Specialist will manage order processing, maintain data integrity in the ERP system, and provide timely updates to sales representatives and customers. Key responsibilities Accurately process commercial orders and ensure data integrity within the ERP system Deliver timely order status updates and communicate any delays or issues professionally Support the commercial sales team by managing order updates, pricing verification, and system entries Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or inside sales (commercial or industrial preferred) Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word) High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Understanding of applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices
