Immediate Direct Hire Opportunity - Packaging Supervisor Bakery Manufacturing | Wisconsin $75,000-$80,000 + 10% Bonus 2nd Shift | 7 PM - 7 AM We're partnering with one of the largest food manufacturers in the United States to hire a Packaging Supervisor for a high-volume bakery operation in Wisconsin. What You'll Be Doing Lead and support packaging team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ensure production schedules and packaging goals are achieved safely and efficiently Drive food safety, quality, and employee safety initiatives Monitor productivity, labor utilization, and operational performance Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable for results Partner with Maintenance, Quality, Production, and Warehouse teams to keep operations running smoothly Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization Maintain compliance with GMPs, HACCP, and all regulatory requirements What We're Looking For Bakery manufacturing experience is required; bun production experience is highly preferred Previous supervisory experience within food, beverage, bakery, dairy, or consumer packaged goods manufacturing Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing teams Knowledge of packaging equipment, manufacturing processes, and production operations Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and decision-making abilities Compensation & Benefits $75,000-$80,000 base salary 10% annual bonus Two weeks of vacation Direct hire opportunity with a stable, growing industry leader For immediate consideration, email View email address on click.appcast.io #LI-AM1
