As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will partner directly with your Business Unit CFO to own the financial plan for the business – from budget and forecast through execution and results – while standardizing and automating how that work gets done so insight scales across the company. You'll partner directly with business unit and functional leaders, translate financial results into clear decisions for Corporate and Executive Leadership, and leverage AI tooling to build forecasting and reporting approaches as innovative as our rockets.Passion for our mission and vision is required! Ability to work full-time on-site is required, and relocation assistance will be provided.Key Responsibilities:Own the annual budget and recurring forecast cycle for your business unit, driving cross-functional alignment on assumptions, timelines, and outputs.Build and maintain driver-based financial models, refreshing with latest actuals and business inputs.Own the forecast-over-forecast bridge each cycle, driving accountability for forecast accuracy and clearly articulating what changed in the outlook and whyLead the monthly and quarterly close reporting cycle, including actual-vs-budget/forecast variance analysis and the narrative behind the numbersOwn the reporting packages, dashboards, and executive memos delivered to Corporate and Executive Leadership, ensuring consistent, decision-ready insightLead monthly business and financial reviews – surfacing forward-looking risks and opportunities, decision points, and recommended corrective actionsIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial and operational KPIs, and bring them to leaders before they become surprisesStandardize programmatic and financial metrics across the business unit, including early indicators of performance issuesDrive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, templates, systems, and reporting capabilities to increase speed and accuracyApply AI tooling to automate recurring analysis, processes and accelerate ad-hoc deliverables, with documented controls, human-in-the-loop review, and validation appropriate to a high-accuracy financial environmentServe as the primary finance partner to your BU CFO and functional leadership, while leveraging the Central FP&A team to bring cross-BU benchmarks and best practices back to the businessAct as a trusted finance partner to business unit and functional leadership, managing competing priorities and large-scale projectsMentor and develop analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growthQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field8+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, consulting, or related fieldStrong Excel skills, BI tools, and knowledge of SQL or PythonStrong understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detailAbility to summarize complex data into clear, actionable insightsEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple prioritiesHigh level of integrity, ownership, and willingness to learnSuccess Factors:Consistently delivers accurate and timely reports and analysisDemonstrates curiosity about business drivers and asks thoughtful questionsProactively identifies data issues and process improvement opportunitiesBuilds strong working relationships with finance and non-finance stakeholdersBase Pay Range for:WA applicants is $124,476.00 - $174,265.35Other site ranges may differCulture StatementDon't meet all desired requirements?
