responsibilities:
We're reimagining the product development life cycle and the role content design plays as an extension of content systems. As a Senior Content Designer, you'll help shape the future of AI-enabled member experiences across Pharmacy Benefit Services (PBS) and pharmacy-focused digital products.

This role combines content strategy, systems thinking, and emerging AI practices to create personalized, scalable solutions that help members understand and manage their pharmacy benefits. You'll get hands-on experience building content systems, skills, and capabilities that bring content design into an AI-enabled future.
