ResponsibilitiesShadow experienced sales professionals and managers to gain comprehensive industry knowledge.
Participate in sales training programs focused on product knowledge, sales techniques, and client relationship management.
Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve agency goals.
Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and present appropriate solutions.
Support the sales team in administrative tasks and client follow-ups.
Learn to manage a sales pipeline and track performance metrics.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Demonstrated leadership potential or experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- A genuine desire to learn and grow within the insurance sales sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
