Experienced Restaurant Manager Wanted
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our fast-paced, high-energy team.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives under pressure, excels at multitasking, and understands how to balance exceptional guest service with efficient day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing front-of-house operations and team performance
- Creating and maintaining FOH staff schedules
- Ordering inventory and managing vendor relationships
- Ensuring excellent guest experiences and service standards
- Training, coaching, and motivating staff
- Assisting with daily operations and problem-solving in real time
- Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with scheduling and labor management
- Knowledge of ordering, inventory control, and restaurant systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
