Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Shift Lead at Subway 9014. The Shift Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant during their shift, including supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during shift
Ensure excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to existing staff
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including restocking supplies and performing regular cleaning tasks
Handle cash transactions and reconcile cash drawers
Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Food safety certification is a plus
