Equivalent experience considered.Experience:Minimum 2+ years’ experience in healthcare or clinical management required.Preferred Skills:Strong analytical capability to fully understand healthcare laws and regulations.Skills in interpreting rules and regulations, and establishing/updating policies and proceduresExcellent interpersonal skills with ability to lead, train, and motivate team members to maintain standards of careAbility to maintain high level of confidentiality.Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain diverse technical problems in easy-to-understand language.High degree of technical aptitude to maintain current on healthcare advances in technologyExcellent skills in organization, prioritization, and technical & project management; Strong attention to detailStrong independent judgment and decision-making skillsCertifications/Registrations:Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse or Practical Nurse in the State of Kansas, CPR/BLS required, ACLS current or within 90 days of hire, PALS preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ellsworth County Medical Center
