Also the Minnesota Business Expo, the Minnesota Women’s Business Expo and the Minnesota Marketing Expo, and the Synergy Collaborative, all built on the belief that “Together We Accomplish More.” Role Description This hybrid Affiliate Manager role is (preferably) based in the Greater Minneapolis–St. Paul Area, with a mix of on‑site and work‑from‑home responsibilities. The Affiliate Manager will recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, ensuring they are equipped with the right event marketing assets and promotional tools. The role includes maintaining strong, ongoing communication with affiliates, monitoring performance, and optimizing campaigns to drive attendance, exhibitors, sponsorships, and revenue. The Affiliate Manager will collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate initiatives with broader event strategies, promotions, and brand messaging. Day‑to‑day activities also include prospecting new partners, managing affiliate accounts, resolving issues promptly, and preparing regular performance and ROI reports for leadership. Qualifications Proficiency in Affiliate Management, including recruiting, onboarding, and optimizing affiliate partners. Strong Account Management and Communication skills to build and maintain long‑term partner relationships. Demonstrated Sales experience, with the ability to negotiate partnerships and close opportunities. Knowledge of Online Marketing and digital promotion tactics relevant to live events and campaigns. Experience with analytics or tracking platforms to monitor affiliate performance and derive insights. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities with minimal supervision. Prior experience in event marketing, live events, or related industries is helpful and preferred, but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
