Engineering Process Technician, Cell Manufacturing

What to Expect Tesla is seeking an Engineering Process Technician to join our Electrode Production Engineering team. You will contribute to the foundation of this new process technology, supporting both process development and equipment improvements. A strong drive to learn new skills and acquire knowledge will enhance your ability to support production operations while your flexibility and communication skills will enhance your ability to be a team player. Shift: 07:00AM - 07:00PM; Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday What You’ll Do 3+ years of experience in a pilot or production setting, including root cause analysis and problem resolution in a high-volume, dynamic environment Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal Experience interpreting SPC, Process Capability and Gauge R&R Knowledge in SQL, Python and Jupyter Notebook is a plus Knowledge in basic material fabrication (3 axis mill, lathe, etc.) is a plus Knowledge in CAD and GD&T is a plus What You’ll Bring Partner with Production Engineers to ensure safe and efficient operation of production lines, maintaining high-quality output.
