Overview NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals of Indianapolis is adding therapists to our growing clinical servicesteam to provide outstanding care to our patients and their families in their recovery journey. The therapist will provide daily individual and group counseling along with best-in-class treatment planning and care coordination under the guidance of the Director ofClinical Services. Coordinate and facilitate the development of a discharge plan of care for the patient population which includes accountability for the complex discharge process. Ensure the experience of care for the patient and family is exceptional. Qualifications Education: Master's in Social Work (MSW), Counseling, Psychology, or related human services field is required Candidates with a Master’s Degree in Counseling: Associate license OR full counseling license required. Candidates with a Master’s Degree in Social Work: associate or temporary license in the state of employment required, full license preferred. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a behavioral healthcare or acute psychiatric setting preferred.
