Job Description

Job Responsibilities:Performing dimensional and visual inspection of incoming materials, first piece inspection of manufactured parts, in-process auditing of ongoing production, inspection of outsourced operations, and final inspections prior to shipment.Job Duties: • Develop in-process inspection control plans and inspection reports for new parts.• Participate in the maintenance and documentation required for our ISO 9001 Quality System.• Perform and maintain records of gage calibration.• Reading and interpreting blueprint requirements.• Performing documented inspections per customer requirements.• Perform in-process inspections and adjust the machine as needed to maintain product quality.• Use of CMM, Optical Comparators, bore gages, micrometers, calipers and other basic inspectionequipment.Skills and Qualifications:• Minimum 3 years of experience within a quality role is preferred.• Able to effectively use MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).• The ability to stand for 8+ hours a dayBenefits once hired in!• Health Insurance• 401K• Bonuses• Paid Holidays • PTO*This is a drug-free workplace.
