INVENTORY CLERK

Description Essential Job Functions: (Responsibilities include but not limited to): Issuing stock numbers and stocking in New and Used vehicles Issue purchase checks for used vehicles Process Dealer Trades incoming & outgoing vehicles Issue Dealer Trade difference checks Communicate effectively with other dealers for collecting funds. Maintain New & Used vehicle inventory schedules. Review trade-in vehicle documents for accuracy of paperwork. Make payoff checks for trade-in vehicles Verify CIT paid for customers, prior to mailing payoff-check. Prepares journal entries for adjustments made to the schedules, and submits to management for authorization Month End reports and schedules Meets critical deadlines as required for financial statement reporting Assists with flooring audits on an as-needed basis Daily Deposit Maintain all reports that have to do with daily deposit, including Parts and Service Cash Sales open tickets Maintain NVDR Daily Report Serve as Backup Cashier when needed Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Vacation (after 1 year of employment) Paid Sick time 401(k) Requirements Previous Auto Dealership experience a must Must be familiar with all deal documents Must be highly organized and experienced in handling high volumes of paperwork.
