International Tax Manager

Venteon Finance is currently seeking an International Tax Manager for a diversified global client in Oakland County.

Requirements for the International Tax Manager role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of related International Tax experience
• CPA or MST highly preferred
• Big 4 Accounting firm experience in an International Tax practice preferred

Responsibilities of the International Tax Manager role:

• Manage international tax planning initiatives with both US and cross-border implications
• Research tax implications of return filing positions and prepare file documentation
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of international tax filings using OneSource
• Manage quarterly and annual international income tax provision, forecasting, and budgeting for inbound and outbound operations
• Assist with the quarterly and annual U.S. tax provision process
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of international & federal tax issues
• Prepare technical memos and maintain audit-ready documentation
• Lead and manage projects and relationships with outside Tax and Legal Advisors
• Other duties as assigned
