Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Job Description Summary:Under minimal supervision, performs a variety of fiscal and administrative support functions such as records management, cost analysis, conducts physical inventory of college assets, and provides support to the Director or Accounting.Duties/Responsibilities:Percentage of Time:Record asset additions, deletions, and adjustments with accuracy and timeliness. (20)Maintain the record management system by appropriately tracking assets throughout the college. (15)Assist with completion of annual physical inventory. (20)Facilitates general accounting functions, including. (15)Complete asset reconciliations timely and accurately.
