Client Support Associate

Providing exceptional service and support to clients, the full-time remote Member Experience Associate will address inquiries, maintain accurate records in the client management system, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities: Answer calls and schedule appointments while documenting client interactions Place outgoing calls to provide or obtain information and transfer calls as needed Participate in cross-training and communicate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery Required qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 2-4 years of related experience Proficiency in MS Office and excellent computer skills Previous insurance or financial experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Virtual Vocations Inc
