Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery, stakeholder coordination, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) facilitation, reporting, and embedded change management and training oversight
- Provide overall program management leadership and oversight
- Coordinate technical teams, manage program performance, ensure contract deliverables are met, and maintain effective communication with government stakeholders
- Oversee project execution across multiple technical task areas
- Manage project schedules, technical dependencies, staffing, and sources to meet the contact requirements and performance objectives
- Ensure quality control processes are implemented across all technical and operational task areas
- Develop, maintain, and update required program documentation
- Monitor program risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure mission continuity
Required Skills and Experience
- 10 or more years of experience leading federal or enterprise programs
- 10 or more years of experience facilitating executive stakeholder workshops
- 10 or more years of experience with data/business intelligence (BI) initiatives
- 10 or more years of experience with change management
