Accounting Manager

Our client is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and support continued growth of the organization. This role offers a clear path to advancement into a future Controller position. Responsibilities Manage AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger activities Lead month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate financial records Support process improvements and accounting system enhancements Partner with leadership on financial analysis and operational initiatives Requirements 5+ years of accounting experience Background in a law firm, CPA firm, consulting firm, or other professional services organization Experience with AP, AR, payroll, month-end close, and financial reporting Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with Clio Understanding of trust accounting , settlement disbursements, and Advanced Client Costs (ACC) Experience with payment process improvements and electronic payment implementations #J-18808-Ljbffr
