About our client Our client specializes in supporting well-known non-profit organizations to communicate their mission, message, and values. By meeting with both new and existing customers, we are able to provide a deeper understanding of how they are able to help the organization. About the Role This is a face-to-face sales position focused on driving long-term donor acquisition for a respected nonprofit client. You'll connect with members of the public at events, pop-ups, and high-footfall areas, using strong interpersonal and sales skills to inspire support and secure recurring contributions. Key Responsibilities Conduct face-to-face sales interactions with potential donors at promotional events and public venues Promote the nonprofit’s mission and clearly communicate the value of long-term support Secure new monthly donors through persuasive, one-on-one conversations Represent the nonprofit with professionalism, energy, and integrity at all times Work toward daily and weekly donor acquisition targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Collaborate with a supportive team to enhance campaign performance and donor experience Qualifications: Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and succinctly. A genuine passion for the non-profit sector and a commitment to effecting positive social change.
