The Sales Professional we’re looking for is a true closer- someone who wants to earn serious money while creating a WOW experience for every customer. You’ll receive 5 weeks of world-class sales training , backed by 75 days of paid onboarding, giving you the freedom to master our proven process without financial pressure. Our Sales Professionals are set up to create permanent, high-quality solutions for our homeowners’ concrete, gutter and drainage issues with warm leads every week, and the top performers consistently self-generate to reach elite income levels. Activity and follow-through are everything. You’ll also be supported by the best Marketing and Customer Care departments in the industry supporting your goals and helping you create wins every week. Annual Compensation: $100K - $170K/year Commission
Compensation Structure: 100% Commission, uncapped earnings after your 75-day paid ramp up period
