Job Overview Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities Fill and dispense online orders accurately Locate, prepare, and package merchandise Verify order accuracy prior to customer pick-up Make substitutions as needed and consult with customers to ensure satisfaction Compensation Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour, at least the required minimum wage for the job location Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives Premiums may be paid in amounts from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed).
