Clinic Admissions Associate As the first point of connection for families beginning their journey into ABA therapy, the Clinic Admissions Associate guides families through the admissions process with empathy and care, helping them feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way. Key Responsibilities Perform day‑to‑day administrative functions for the clinic, including document management, tracking scheduled appointments, and coordinating internal and external communication with referral sources. Provide excellent support for inbound calls from prospective and current families. Become a subject‑matter expert on autism to inform families about how our services support their children. Assist with marketing and admissions tasks to support the operations manager and clinical leadership. Embody the core values of Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, and Fun, and serve as a cultural role model. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or a related area. Positive, enthusiastic attitude toward engaging with families. Passion for work that benefits children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families. Commitment to a team‑oriented culture and personal leadership growth. High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Compensation & Benefits Pay: $19–$22 per hour with bonus potential up to $6,000. PTO & holidays: 10 days PTO, 10 paid holidays, and 2 flex days (additional with tenure). Student loan support: Up to $600 in repayment options and tuition discounts through university partnerships.
