• Monitor patient progress, document treatments, and report changes in condition
• Operate and troubleshoot respiratory equipment and ventilators
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members for comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on respiratory treatments, equipment use, and home care when needed
• Maintain accurate records and adhere strictly to infection control protocols

Qualifications:

• Valid credential as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Current license in the state
• Demonstrated competence in delivering respiratory care in acute care or hospital settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent critical thinking and clinical judgment
• Up-to-date BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; ACLS preferred
• Relevant experience in hospital respiratory therapy highly desired

$2,299 - $2,432/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
